The industry rarely puts music first. Artists and the fans who support them are treated like cogs in a profit machine. Album sales were seldom very profitable, but they helped artists survive. Streaming, on the other hand, pays almost nothing. Plus, fans don't own any albums; they merely borrow them. Get kicked off the platforms? There goes your playlists.
Platforms tell musicians to "grow their audience" before anyone will listen. Share your work for free and make money when you are popular, but there aren't enough slots at the top to go around.
Grow your audience so you can someday go on tour and get something back? Touring is expensive, risky, and inaccessible for most artists, especially those at the beginning of their careers.
The promised digital revolution that would connect artists with fans worldwide has failed the vast majority of creators, leaving all of us with less.

Peerify offers direct sales of music with minimal overhead, but we also offer something no other platform does: the ability to earn real income through micro-gigs, home concerts and community-backed touring. Peerify helps artists build circles of supporters, activate their local scene, and travel safely through demand-driven micro-tours.

Peerify turns music back into a personal, magical experience and lets you do more for the artists you love than be a mere follower. You can support by hosting small shows, selling tickets to your friends or helping bring a distant musician to your city. You can also find and support new talent, from going to a micro-show around the corner or pledging to a new artist's tour across the globe.
